Thank you in advance for reaching out! a couple commonly asked questions are in regards to custom orders and prior works. keep in mind, i do not take custom orders or commissions, so that i can focus on current works and bring new pieces into my shop. All pieces i have AVAILABLE are listed in my shop. most pieces are made in limited number, so once they sell out, they are gone forever. However, I generally restock the earrings, unless i retire the design. Please join my mailing list to be the first to know about newest pieces just listed in shop so you don’t miss out! to wrap it up, if you have a question regarding an existing order, or pretty much anything other than a commision or custom order, please reach out! Shipping

Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, however, you can typically expect to receive a tracking number within 3-5 days of placing an order. During shipping please be patient with the USPS, anticipate delays during the holidays or severe weather. For international shipping, customers are responsible for any duties & taxes that may apply.

 

Returns & exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and include a picture of the item and the packaging, and I will send a replacement for the damaged item.

I do not accept cancellation, as I begin working on your order shorty after it is placed .
